Palco Presents at 2020 Virtual Home and Community-Based Services Conference

The 21st Century Cures Act mandates EVV for personal care services by January 1, 2020. Introducing Electronic Visit Verification in a self-directed program has its own set of unique challenges. As states move forward with implementation plans, our panel of industry experts will examine recent implementations, and share lessons learned that specifically relate to self-directed service models.

Palco, and industry partners, will present a panel discussion at the 2020 Virtual Home and Community-Based Services Conference on December 9, 2020, 1:30-2:30 pm ET
